The implementation of EDRMS solutions can sometimes be very complex and time consuming. EDRMS Implementation

INFOman can provide highly skilled and accredited TRIM Context System Administrators to assist organisations implement or maintain TRIM Context to suit their specific needs and requirements.

Using its own implementation method, INFOman now offers the ability to implement TRIM as a fully useable EDRMS in under 30 days, based on simple out of the box user and system requirements.

Records Management Strategies

In many cases organisations don’t know where to begin when they want to establish or improve their existing records management programs or systems. For a fixed fee, INFOman reviews existing practices to provide organisations with a blueprint (strategy) for properly managing and controlling its operational and corporate records and associated systems.

This blueprint provides clients with details of recommended records management practices and procedures, a proposed system implementation plan and any proposed change management or training initiatives.

Records Management Compliance Audits

INFOman conducts ‘Health Checks’ of compliance for existing records management programs or systems against records and information management industry standards eg. AS:ISO-15489 & PROV, to identify areas of improvement and prescribe recommended actions to ensure compliance is achieved.

EDRMS Help Desk Services

To enable companies to maintain and support their EDRMS applications, INFOman offers a dedicated Help Desk & Support services.

For an annual fee, the services incorporate monthly system technical and configuration health checks & reports, monthly user forums, user training and daily telephone or email system or user support as required.
